To get a ZF2... guest license you have to send an email to: nikki.forbes@icta.ky

Nikki is very reliable and usually answers immediately after she received your email.
She will send you an email with the license application form and all details.
You will also get a Visa Card Authorization Form, so you can pay the license fee with your credit card without any problem. License fee is about 25 US$. You have to add another 12 US$ to get permission to land with ham radio equipment.
You may send a copy of your passport, your home license and the filled in license application via email.
