Please keep in your mind, that 2 USD are less than 1.40 Euro at present.
Postage from Germany to other continents than EU is 1.70 Euro.
That means, 2 USD is not enough. I will find a cheaper way but it lasts a little longer. And please remember: it is not MY fault !
